Styled or promotional images are illustrative; the product listing should describe the actual item supplied. This does not limit your rights if a product is materially different from its description or advertisement.
Impon jewellery must not be assumed to be solid gold, hallmarked gold, or set with natural precious stones unless the individual product listing expressly states this. Any material, finish, or warranty information will be specified in the relevant listing.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, delivery charges, and other payable charges will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.

5. Orders and Availability
Orders are subject to stock availability and payment verification. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; acceptance is confirmed separately through an order acceptance or dispatch notification.
If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order for which payment has been collected, we will arrange a refund in accordance with applicable law.

If delivery is delayed, or a parcel is lost or damaged, contact us for assistance. Delivery estimates do not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
7. Order Cancellation

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, the amount due will be refunded.
